Prop-firm trade copier policy matrix
Ten futures prop firms, seven policy questions, one table. Every claim below was checked against the firm's own help center or terms on 2026-08-12, and each firm section links its sources. Where a firm's own pages are silent and the claim rests on secondary reporting, we say so — "reported but not confirmed on the firm's own pages" means exactly that.
The MirrorFill column states platform-level compatibility only: if the firm's accounts run on Rithmic, Tradovate, or Volumetrica, they connect like any other account on that platform. It is not the firm's endorsement, and it is not approval.

Firm-by-firm notes
Apex Trader Funding
Copying across your own evaluation and Performance Accounts is permitted, including with third-party copiers, under two hard conditions: every account on the same side of the market, and everything under your own name or your own business. Apex states that results from any trade copier or external program are entirely the account holder's responsibility, and encourages submitting third-party software for approval before use. Its hedging ban is the strictest here: opposite directions on correlated instruments (short NQ while long ES) and on mini/micro pairs (ES vs MES) are named violations. News is tradeable in one direction only, with no resting orders on both sides. Unattended automation is banned — a human must be present. Rithmic and Tradovate stacks work with MirrorFill; the WealthCharts stack does not.
Rules: Prohibited activities · PA compliance
Topstep
Topstep productized copying: TopstepX has a native Trade Copier (Settings → Copy Trading) for accounts you own, eligible on the Trading Combine and Express Funded Accounts but never the Live Funded Account. The Lead must be the account with the lowest maximum position size, followers lock while linked, and a payout request silently unlinks every follower. Third-party copiers route through the paid TopstepX API; all trading must originate from your personal device — VPS, VPN and remote servers are banned. Hedging is prohibited with automated user-level enforcement, and Topstep publicly announced an audit of hedging activity in 2026. MirrorFill does not support TopstepX/ProjectX, so MirrorFill does not work with Topstep today.

MyFundedFutures
Copy trading is allowed on all MFFU account types, via Tradovate's built-in group copier or external tools — the trader irrevocably assumes full responsibility, and the firm owes no technical support for copier issues. Banned: copying between different traders and sharing a device. The news rule bites on Rapid and Pro sim-funded accounts: flat, including working orders, from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after Tier-1 releases (FOMC, the Employment Report, CPI; EIA for energy, ag reports for ag traders). Evaluations and the 25K/50K Flex plans may trade news. Hedging is banned and mini vs micro counts as the same underlying. Feed is dxFeed; documented platforms include Tradovate and Volumetrica — both work with MirrorFill.

TakeProfitTrader
TPT's 2026 Trade Copier Policy affirmatively protects same-direction copying of accounts you own — but only with approved products: Tradesyncer, TradeCopia, Affordable Indicators, Replikanto Flowbot (Compliance Edition only), plus platform-native copy tools. MirrorFill is not on that published list today — get TPT's written approval before using it there. Copier-caused violations count as your own actions; the firm may verify copier version and configuration at any time. Funded accounts must be flat 1 minute before, during, and 1 minute after FOMC, NFP and CPI (plus Crude Inventories for Crude, bond auctions for the 10-Year and 30-Year); test accounts are unrestricted. Rule 6 bans counter-positions including partial offsets — long 2 ES on one account and short 1 MES on another gets both accounts liquidated.

Bulenox
Own-account copying is allowed under one Bulenox login and one Rithmic User ID; third-party copiers are treated as external software with a $100/month third-party API fee, and the firm disclaims all responsibility for their behavior. Two official account-cap numbers circulate: the live help pages say up to 5 active funded Master Accounts, while the firm's newer knowledgebase (offline since around March 2026, readable only via archive) said 3 active initially, up to 11 held. The cross-account hedging ban is consistently reported by 2026 secondary sources but we could not confirm it on the firm's live official pages — reported but not confirmed. No news restrictions are published; note the separate flat-by-3:59-PM-CT daily rule. Rithmic-only, so it connects to MirrorFill — but confirm the account caps and the hedging rule with Bulenox support before relying on either.
Rules: Master account help · Connection options
Leeloo Trading
Copying is allowed on standard Performance Accounts with the tightest structural cap in this table: at most 3 of your own accounts, in a fixed group — you cannot rotate accounts in and out, and a slot frees only when a grouped account closes. Copying is banned outright on Accelerator accounts, Weekly accounts, and accounts carrying certain Edge Enhancers. Manual mirroring counts the same as software. Hedging across your own accounts is not addressed on the firm's own pages — ask support before assuming anything. Automation is banned (the human must place every trade); a copier replicating your manual trade is the tolerated category. Rithmic-only, so it connects to MirrorFill.
Rules: Copying restrictions (a195) · Supported platforms (a120)
Tradeify
Copying is permitted between accounts you personally own and manage, up to the 5-account funded cap (counted per person and per household). Tradovate's Group Trading is the recommended route; third-party copiers are allowed but unsupported and at your own risk. Everything must stay same-direction — an inverted copier configuration is automatically a hedging violation, and Tradeify's product-group rule is broad: opposite positions in ES and NQ count as a hedge, contract size irrelevant. There are no news restrictions on any tier. VPS: you may not log in through one, but trading over one after a normal login is permitted at your own risk. The Tradovate and Rithmic (Tradesea) stacks work with MirrorFill; WealthCharts does not.
Rules: Copy trading · Hedging & correlated products
Earn2Trade
The clean "no" of this table. A dedicated help-center article (refreshed June 2026) bans trade copiers on every program — evaluations and funded alike — even between accounts you personally own. Funded accounts earned with a copier can be denied and withdrawals refused, with no refunds on the copied accounts. There is no first-party copier alternative. MirrorFill connects to Rithmic, but that is beside the point: do not use any copier on Earn2Trade accounts.

Elite Trader Funding
ETF bans automated systems and trade copiers by default in its terms, then publishes the written authorization as an approved-partner list: Tradesyncer, Tradecopia, Affordable Indicators Duplicate Account Actions, and Replikanto Flowbot in its PropFirm Compliance Edition only — plus platform-native copy features like Tradovate group trading. MirrorFill is not on that list today; you would need ETF's written authorization before using it there. Same-direction only across your own accounts; hedging including correlated instruments is banned. There are no news restrictions at any tier. VPS and IP-masking are banned except for approved cloud-copier infrastructure from vetted IP ranges. Stack is Tradovate + Rithmic.

Lucid Trading
The most copier-friendly posture we verified: in-platform and third-party copiers are explicitly permitted, and the firm publishes its own Rithmic copier setup guide. You carry all responsibility for copier malfunctions — no refunds, no adjustments, no copier tech support. The hedging ban is the widest here: no opposing positions across your accounts, across different users, or across different firms and platforms; mini-vs-micro offsets are tolerated only inside a single account. News is plan-dependent: red-folder news is a hard breach on LucidDaily, allowed on Flex, Pro and Direct. One honest caveat: the "own accounts only" framing rests partly on secondary sources — the firm's pages permit copiers without spelling out an owner restriction, though its hedging and integrity rules point the same way. CQG and Rithmic feeds; works with MirrorFill at platform level on Rithmic and Tradovate.

Quick answers
How was this verified?
Each firm's own help center, FAQ, and terms, read on 2026-08-12. Every firm section links its primary sources. Where a claim rests on secondary reporting (parts of Bulenox, Leeloo's hedging stance, one Lucid framing), the text says so.
What does the MirrorFill column actually mean?
Platform-level compatibility only. Accounts on Rithmic, Tradovate, or Volumetrica connect to MirrorFill like any other account on that platform. It is not certification, and two firms (TakeProfitTrader, Elite Trader Funding) additionally require the copier product itself to be on their approved list — MirrorFill is not on those lists today.
My firm just changed a rule this table misses. Now what?
The firm's pages win, always. Trade to the current rule, and let us know via /contact so we can re-verify the row.
