The Weekly Review, explained
Once a week, MirrorFill writes you a short review of your own trading. Not signals, not predictions — a narration of what your journal already shows, in plain sentences, with every number computed by code.
When it arrives
One review per week, generated on Saturday around noon Chicago time, covering the Sunday-to-Saturday week that just closed. The timing is deliberate: Globex closes Friday afternoon and Saturday has no session, so by Saturday noon every trading day in the week is final. The review never narrates a week that could still change.
What's on the page
Open Journal → Weekly Review and you get:
- A one-line headline for the week.
- A KPI row: Net P&L, Trades (with days traded), Win rate (with green/red days), Profit factor with your average win, and Expectancy per closed trade.
- A 7-day strip — one tile per day, green or red, with P&L and trade count on hover.
- Four written sections: What worked, What hurt, Patterns, and Focus next week.
- A by-account table with trades, P&L, and a per-account note where the review has one.
- A week picker, once you have two or more reviewed weeks to browse.
Why you can trust the numbers
The division of labor is strict: code computes every number; the AI only narrates them. The model receives the finished metrics and turns them into sentences — it cannot invent a statistic, and a validator rejects any output that drifts into recommending a trade. The review will never tell you what to trade, long or short, or when. If a generated review tried to, it would be discarded, and you would get the numbers alone.
Two honest edges of the feature:
- A week with fewer than 10 closed trades ships as stats only — every figure, no prose. A handful of trades is not a sample worth narrating.
- A week with no closed trades produces no review at all.
Who gets it
The Weekly Review is available on Pro and above. On Starter, the page shows the week's headline as a teaser with an upgrade prompt — the numbers, sections, and per-account notes stay on the server. See plans and account limits or pricing.
Quick answers
Can the review tell me what to trade next week?
No, by design. A validator rejects any generated text that recommends trades. "Focus next week" is about process — sizing, timing, discipline — never entries.
Why does my week say "stats only"?
It had fewer than 10 closed trades. The numbers are final and shown; there is just no written narration for a sample that small.
Are the numbers in the review computed by the AI?
No. Code computes every figure from your journal; the model only turns finished numbers into sentences.
