Plans and account limits
MirrorFill has three monthly plans, all gated on one number: how many accounts your copy setup uses. This page explains exactly how that number is counted, because it is not "number of rules" and it is not "number of logins".
| Plan | Price | Accounts covered |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39/mo | 5 total |
| Pro | $89/mo | 25 total |
| Scale | $169/mo | Unlimited |
Billing is monthly only — there is no annual plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, card required at signup. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
How the count works
The cap counts distinct leader accounts plus distinct enabled follower accounts, across all your copy groups. Starter's 5 is 1 leader + 4 enabled followers.
The details that matter:
- One account counts once, however many instruments it mirrors. A follower copying ES, NQ, and CL is one account, not three.
- Only enabled followers count. A follower switched Off is remembered settings, not a working account. Turning it Off frees its slot immediately — you can rotate followers on a small plan without deleting anything.
- Leaders count too. If you run two groups with two different leaders, that is two accounts before any follower is added.
- Every group you run draws from the same cap. There is no per-group limit.
What happens when you go over
The cap is enforced when you save your copy rules, not while you trade. A save that would exceed it is blocked with this message:
Your plan covers N accounts total (leaders plus active followers); this setup uses M. Upgrade to add more.
Nothing you already had running is touched. Remove an account from the setup, switch a follower Off, or upgrade in Settings → Subscription, then save again.
Downgrades never delete anything
Moving to a smaller plan does not remove accounts, groups, or rules. Your existing configuration stays exactly as it was. The new cap simply applies to your next save: if that save uses more accounts than the smaller plan covers, it is blocked with the message above until the setup fits.
We built it this way on purpose. Deleting a trader's copy configuration because a card changed or a plan shrank would be a worse failure than an error message.
Quick answers
Does a follower copying two instruments count twice?
No. The count is distinct accounts. One follower account is one slot no matter how many instrument rules point at it.
Do disabled followers count against my plan?
No. Only enabled followers count. Switching a follower Off frees its slot; switching it back On uses one again.
Is there an annual plan?
No. All three plans are monthly only.
