The 7-day free trial and checkout

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup, and if you cancel before the trial converts, you pay nothing. Here is exactly how the mechanics work, so there are no surprises on day 8.

How the trial works

• 7 days, on every plan. Starter, Pro, and Scale all carry the same trial. Pick the plan you actually intend to use — the trial gives you the full plan, including its account cap.
• Card required at signup. The trial converts automatically, so Stripe needs a card on file before it starts.
• One trial per account, ever. Cancelling and re-subscribing later does not restart it, and neither does switching plans.
• It converts unless you cancel first. At the end of day 7 the card is charged for the plan you chose. MirrorFill e-mails you before the trial ends, so the conversion never lands unannounced.

Checkout is Stripe-hosted

When you start a plan, you are handed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Your card number is entered there and only there — card details never touch MirrorFill's servers. We store what Stripe reports back: which plan you are on and whether the subscription is paid up.

At checkout you accept the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy. If you arrived through a creator's link, the promo code is applied for you — see creator and promo codes.

Cancelling before the trial converts

Open Settings → Subscription and click Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where cancelling is one action. Cancel any time before the trial converts and the card is never charged.
