Connect a Volumetrica (dxFeed) account
If your prop firm runs the Volumetrica platform, connect it with your account e-mail and password. In the Broker picker the tile is labelled dxFeed (that is Volumetrica's data and trading layer), and the form under it says so: "For Volumetrica logins: sign in with your Volumetrica e-mail and password." Once the login passes Test, its accounts show up in the Copy Rules pickers like any Rithmic or Tradovate account.
Steps
- Open Accounts, click Add connection and pick the dxFeed tile under Broker.
- Name the connection.
- Enter your Account e-mail and Password.
- Skip the platform key unless your firm issued you one. See below.
- Press Test, then Save connection. A working login answers "Connected. N accounts found:" with your account ids.
The firm-issued platform key
Under Advanced: firm-issued platform key sits one optional field. The platform key comes from your prop firm. It is not your account password. Leave it blank and MirrorFill uses the default, which is right for most traders. If your firm gave you a key, expand the disclosure and paste it there.
Like every secret in MirrorFill, the key is write-only: when you edit the connection later, leaving the field blank keeps the stored one, and the app never displays it back.
Production vs staging
There is nothing to pick. The login itself decides which environment answers, and Test records the result. The Accounts page then shows Production or Staging next to the connection's account count (the Details column in List view).
One practical difference from Rithmic and Tradovate: Volumetrica allows more than one session per login, so you can Test this connection even while the copier is running with it.
Production logins are fully supported, confirmed with Volumetrica on 2026-09-10: the platform key MirrorFill already uses is valid on production, there is nothing extra to sign, and the platform carries no copier approval switch. Any login that passes Test can lead a copy group or follow one. What your prop firm allows is a separate question, and its own rules still apply.

What is the platform key?
A key some prop firms issue for their Volumetrica platform. It is not your password, and most traders never need to enter one. Blank means the default.
Do I choose production or staging?
No. The environment resolves automatically when the login succeeds, and the Accounts page shows which one answered.
Does my prop firm have to approve copiers on Volumetrica?
Not on the platform side. Volumetrica has no copier permission flag, so there is nothing to enable there and nothing to ask them for. Your firm's own trading rules are what decide whether copying between your accounts is allowed, and they still apply. Check your firm's own current rules.
Do I have to stop the copier before testing?
No. Volumetrica allows concurrent sessions per login. Rithmic and Tradovate are the platforms that need a stop first. One limit does apply to Volumetrica: a login can drive only one running copier at a time, so if a copier under another MirrorFill account is already copying on it, Start copying answers that the login "is already in use by a running copier".
