Connect a Volumetrica (dxFeed) account
If your prop firm runs the Volumetrica platform, connect it with your account e-mail and password. In the platform picker the tile is labelled dxFeed — that is Volumetrica's data and trading layer — and the credential box inside is titled Volumetrica (dxFeed) login. Once the login passes Test, its accounts show up in the Copy Rules pickers like any Rithmic or Tradovate account.
Steps
- Open Accounts and click Add connection. Name the connection.
- Pick the dxFeed tile in the platform picker.
- Enter your Account e-mail and Password.
- Skip the platform key unless your firm issued you one — see below.
- Press Test, then Add connection. A working login answers "Connected. N accounts found:" with your account ids.
The firm-issued platform key
Under Advanced — firm-issued platform key sits one optional field. The platform key comes from your prop firm — it is not your account password. Leave it blank and MirrorFill uses the default, which is right for most traders. If your firm gave you a key, expand the disclosure and paste it there.
Like every secret in MirrorFill, the key is write-only: when you edit the connection later, leaving the field blank keeps the stored one, and the app never displays it back.
Production vs staging
There is nothing to pick. The login itself decides which environment answers, and Test records the result — the Details column on the Accounts page then reads Production or Staging.
One practical difference from Tradovate: Volumetrica allows more than one session per login, so you can Test this connection even while the copier is running with it.

A key some prop firms issue for their Volumetrica platform. It is not your password, and most traders never need to enter one — blank means the default.
Do I choose production or staging?
No. The environment resolves automatically when the login succeeds, and the Details column shows which one answered.
Do I have to stop the copier before testing?
